Return policy
Since every HIMO shirt is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Shipping
Each HIMO shirt is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated separately from production time. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Manufacturing
HIMO shirts are printed to order using professional direct-to-garment printing. Because each shirt is individually produced, slight variations may occur. Consider them evidence that a human-sized object actually entered the physical world.
